Located in the Aria, they have a line to get in most of the time, and a lot of take-out orders possible. Had a reservation so it was somewhat easier to get a table even if we had to wait in line with others just arguing about reservations or putting in their info. They need a separate line for existing reservations. A second line inside to the table once you get past the first station. You can watch them make the soup dumplings here through the glass. Food - consistent with other locations, great quality. Service - a bit back of other locations, staffers were running around but it wasn't always clear what we were waiting on to order. Cucumber salad was excellent, just delicious and cool, a little spicy. Soy noodle salad wasn't bad, the pork Xiaolongbao (soup dumplings) were good but small, shaomai were ok, and minced pork noodles weren't bad. Surprisingly, braised beef noodle soup was a hit around the table. I'll have to try it again. And red bean xiaolongbao for dessert was just ok, but interesting to try.

Amazing experience at Din Tai Fung! The staff was wonderful, and reservations were surprisingly easy to get at this location. Every dish we ordered was delicious. Surprisingly, my favorite was the string beans, even though I’m not usually a fan of eating my greens! The Chocolate & Mochi Xiao Long Bao was fun to try, but after the chocolate melted, there was a bit too much dough to chew through. On the other hand, the sea salt cream is an absolute must. I wish I could swim in it. Definitely looking forward to coming back!

I was so excited to try Din Tai Fung after hearing so much about it from friends and more specifically my friend’s teenage children. We had a lunch time reservation, and I do recommend making a reservation because the wait time to get in without one was not short. I loved being able to see them making fresh dumplings in the kitchen on the way to our table. For lunch we let our friend place the order for the table as he is experienced in the ways of Din Tai Fung. Our waiter was wonderful and made sure that the order was well paced/coursed and didn’t hit the table all at one time. We shared the cucumber salad, Xiao Long Bao, chicken dumplings, pork buns, spicy wontons, green beans, noodles with sesame sauce and chicken fried rice. Everything was great and I totally get the hype. Perfect hangover lunch spot in Vegas!

Finally made it to Din Tai Fung after a long wait—and it absolutely lived up to the hype, then went beyond it. As a vegetarian, I wasn’t sure how extensive or satisfying the options would be, but I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered the spicy wontons, vegan sesame noodles, and the chocolate xiao long bao. The sauces really stood out—the spicy sauce had a deep, layered heat, and the sesame noodles were rich, nutty, and incredibly well-balanced. The chocolate xiao long bao were a fun and indulgent finish, with just the right level of sweetness. What really impressed me was the consistency and attention to detail. Every dish felt thoughtfully crafted, not just thrown together to fill a vegetarian checkbox. The ambiance is clean, modern, and gives you that signature open-kitchen feel, which adds to the overall experience. Service was smooth and attentive without being overbearing. Yes, it’s slightly on the pricier side, but the quality, flavors, and overall experience make it worth it. I’m already looking forward to going back and exploring more of the menu.

Had such a great meal at Din Tai Fung inside the ARIA Resort & Casino. Everything we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and the portions were way bigger than we expected. We got the garlic green beans, sesame noodles, chicken rice cakes, Xiao Long Bao soup dumplings, and steamed potstickers. The soup dumplings were hands down the best thing we had and absolutely lived up to the hype. The chicken rice cakes were probably our second favorite so flavorful and comforting. Honestly everything was really good though. Dessert was amazing too. We got the mango shaved snow with condensed milk and it was the perfect sweet treat after dinner. The service was excellent from start to finish and the whole experience felt super organized and welcoming even while busy. Definitely one of our favorite meals we’ve had in Vegas.
